Terms

Pilot terms summary for reviewed dispute recovery.

ProofArc is an evidence preparation and workflow tool for Stripe dispute operations. It does not guarantee chargeback outcomes or replace merchant responsibility for final dispute decisions.

The public pilot is review-first: ProofArc may recommend, compile, and stage evidence, but the merchant remains responsible for approving what is submitted to Stripe.

Merchant responsibilities

  • Provide accurate dispute and evidence information
  • Review compiled packets before final submission
  • Respect Stripe and issuer deadlines
  • Confirm that uploaded evidence can be shared for dispute review
  • Use Stripe-native tools directly when ProofArc is not the right fit

ProofArc limitations

  • No issuer, network, or Stripe decision guarantee
  • No legal, tax, or financial advice
  • No autonomous submission unless separately enabled and explicitly approved
  • No broad enterprise compliance claim during the pilot

Pilot scope

Day-one pilots focus on Stripe card disputes for recurring digital-access businesses where product, support, cancellation, policy, or auth evidence can strengthen a packet. Non-Stripe payments, prevention-network programs, and shipping-only proof workflows are outside the current pilot scope.

Commercial scope

The public pilot starts with a free async evidence-gap audit. Qualified accounts may receive a fixed-scope 14-day pilot offer for one Stripe workspace and up to three live disputes. Additional live disputes and post-pilot recurring plans are handled separately after the pilot scope is reviewed.
