Privacy
Pilot privacy summary for dispute evidence.
ProofArc collects only the account, dispute, intake, and evidence information needed to evaluate and assemble Stripe dispute packets during the pilot.
Information handled
- Contact details submitted through async audit and intake forms
- Stripe account, dispute, charge, and evidence metadata authorized through Connect
- Uploaded dispute artifacts and connector evidence sent by the merchant
- Operational timeline events such as payment, install, compile, and submit actions
Information not requested
- Raw card numbers or PAN data
- Bank credentials, passwords, or broad account exports
- Unrelated customer lists or marketing data
- Evidence that is not needed to support the specific dispute facts
Uploads should be limited to the dispute facts needed for issuer review. Redact unrelated personal data, credentials, and customer records before uploading or sending connector samples.
ProofArc uses the submitted evidence to evaluate and prepare Stripe dispute packets during the pilot; it is not a general-purpose data warehouse or customer-data export destination.
Retention
- Async-audit leads and unpaid intake artifacts are retained for up to 90 days.
- Final packet records and submission audit logs are retained for up to 12 months.
- Evidence should be limited to dispute-relevant records only.
- Deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless active disputes, billing records, or legal-retention requirements apply.
