ProofArc is review-first. The first read can start from redacted screenshots, exports, or a written description. We do not require Stripe OAuth for the first audit read.
First read
No install required
- Start with a written issue summary, screenshots, or exports
- Redact sensitive customer details when possible
- Send only the minimum context needed for the first read
- Stripe OAuth is only considered after fit and scope are clear
CSV analyzer
Local browser analysis
- The failed-payment CSV analyzer runs in your browser
- It does not upload or store the selected files
- It does not contact Stripe APIs
- Its buckets are export-only diagnostics that need review before action

What ProofArc will not do automatically
- No customer communication without approval
- No payment attempts
- No automatic dunning or retry orchestration
- No final dispute submission without operator approval
- No guaranteed dispute or recovery outcome
